Now that I have your attention!

Meet our newest family member, Pepper.  I rescued her from Floyd County Animal Control yesterday because she was set to be euthanized that afternoon… Valentine’s Day afternoon.  Once she licked my hand, that was it.  She was mine.  Y’all know I can’t take anymore human babies.  Besides, McKenna starts Kindergarten in the fall and I am HOME FREE!! I settled for a fur baby and here she is:

We had been discussing bringing a furry friend into the house since we have a place of our own again.  I guess it just happened a little sooner than we were expecting
